| TSKB Real Estate Investment Trust’s first extensive real estate project Pendorya Shopping Center opened on December 17th, 2009. The shopping center comprises 106 shops and a carpark of 947 car capacity (GLA 30.000 sqm). The mall accommodates Tesco-Kipa as hypermarket, MediaMarkt as electronic market and AFM as the cinema. The design was made by Erginoğlu & Çalışlar that was selected by a design competition by invitation. The construction began on September 08th, 2008 and was completed in 13 months.
