The state of the art shopping center, designed by renowned architect office Erginoğlu & Çalışlar, has a construction area of 142.000 m2. IMS is proud to be involved in the project as the Project Manager, fully responsible for design management, tender management, and construction management. |
IMS has successfully delivered the Modern Palas Project, the company’s second fruitful venture with Extensa. The residential building is home to 98 luxury apartment units spread across 15 floors. The prime real estate caters both to professionals and families with 1+1 and 2+1 bedroom setup in the rapidly redeveloping historical district of Bomonti.
